You MUST accept that strength training will be included in your programming in order to work with me. My ideal client is someone that can commit to lifting weights at least 2-3 times a week and is able to follow a nutritional guideline. To become the best version of yourself you have to invest in this process just as much as I am looking to invest in you. I am here to guide you step by step in achieving your dream body.

WHAT IT INCLUDES
This beginner friendly 8-week training program provides detailed weight lifting and cardio protocol for 8 weeks to achieve overall leg growth (focusing on glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves) and a toned upper body for women. It includes information on exercise selection, number of sets per exercise, rep range per set, rest in between exercises, reps in reserve per set, and many more. Once purchased you follow the training protocols on your own. No refunds.

I will email you a new client intake form to fill out
After receiving your client intake form detailing your previous training history, injuries/limitations, goals, and equipment access, I send you a personalized 4-week workout plan.
Workouts change every 4 weeks to prioritize progressive overload.
You submit videos for form feedback via Whatsapp and any messages you send me I will respond to within the training week.
Customized detailed meal plan and supplementation guideline (food and supplementation timing, re-feed meal options, calorie/ macro breakdowns)
Monthly check-ins via email to discuss weight and composition changes (using pictures and measurements).
