I work with women who are looking to develop a toned physique- especially focusing on leg development. You MUST accept that strength training will be included in your programming in order to work with me. My ideal client is someone that can commit to lifting weights at least 2-3 times a week and is able to follow a nutritional guideline. To become the best version of yourself you have to invest in this process just as much as I am looking to invest in you. I am here to guide you step by step in achieving your dream body.

ONLINE COACHING PROGRAMS

8-WEEKS TRAINING $180

  • After receiving your client intake form detailing your previous training history, injuries/limitations, goals, and equipment access, I send you a personalized 4-week workout plan.

  • Workouts change every 4 weeks to prioritize progressive overload.

  • You submit videos for form feedback via Whatsapp and any messages you send me I will respond to within the training week.

  • Monthly check-ins via email to discuss weight and composition changes (using pictures and measurements). 

8-WEEK NUTRITION & TRAINING $200

  • After receiving your client intake form detailing your previous training history, injuries/limitations, goals, and equipment access, I send you a personalized 4-week workout plan.

  • Workouts change every 4 weeks to prioritize progressive overload.

  • You submit videos for form feedback via Whatsapp and any messages you send me I will respond to within the training week.

  • Customized detailed meal plan and supplementation guideline (food and supplementation timing, re-feed meal options, calorie/ macro breakdowns)

  • Monthly check-ins via email to discuss weight and composition changes (using pictures and measurements).

RECURRING MONTHLY COACHING $145

  • 1, 30-minute Zoom call per month to talk about progress and struggles to better understand how we can help you better in reaching your goal.

  • Mon-Sat support 9:00 am- 9:00 pm via Whatsapp

POLICIES TO KEEP IN MIND:

  • Payments are accepted via Zelle or Cash ONLY

  • All purchases are non-refundable

  • All programs are non-transferable

  • Once started the online programs cannot be put on hold unless you have a medical emergency

  • Once payment and intake form/ check-in pictures/ measurements are received, your customized program will be emailed to you within the next 2 business days (unless otherwise instructed due to unforeseen circumstances) 

  • Client check-ins must be sent Sundays, Tuesdays or Fridays before 12:00pm ONLY

  • Zoom calls and personal training sessions must to be scheduled 1 week in advance

  • If you cancel before less than 24hrs or don't show up to your pre-scheduled zoom call or personal training sessions, you will lose the call or the sessions without priority to reschedule

  • If you are more than 10 mins late to a scheduled Zoom call or personal training session, you lose the call

Mondays to Saturdays: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm EST

Personal training availability:

Mondays to Fridays: 2pm to 10pm EST

Saturdays: 12pm to 4pm EST
